During the production of the T3 range Triumph continued to upgrade some parts and one of the most important upgrades concerned the banjo that feeds oil to the cylinder head.
Replacement oil feed banjo. £8 modification.
The original banjo had 2 holes in the side and the bore was large. The replacement from Triumph has a narrower bore and only one hole in the side. The reason Triumphs modification was to reduce the flow of oil to the cylinder head and to increase the oil pressure at the crank. The new part replaces the old one and has the same part number. This is an essential upgrade to all and only costs £8.00.
